Duties and Responsibilities

As company founder and President, Mark is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations, training and business execution.  This includes oversight of company management, financial reporting, accounting, business development and personnel matters.

As the Project Executive, he will assemble the TCI construction team for the project, follow up on the overall performance of the team, assist in the selection of primary critical path subcontractors, evaluate project schedule, financial results, and provide any guidance or tasks requested.  He is also ultimately responsible for overall quality control, progress reports, customer contracts and general administrative management.



1983 to Present:
Founder and President of Thorpe Construction, Inc.
During this time, Mark has grown this company from a start up business to an established and respected construction services company.
